How much is tuition?Tuition is split into 10 monthly payments (half-month attendance of August and June are combined into 1 payment in August), the rates for our classes are: 3 days/week 9am - 1pm: $575 3 days/week 9am - 3pm: $700 5 days/week 9am - 1pm: $725 5 days/week 9am - 3pm: $925

Is there after school care? How much is it?Yes, we provide after school care. After school care: 3pm-5pm=$12/hr $2 per minute after 3:00pm

Additional fees?Registration fee: $150 (non-refundable) Diaper/potty training fee: $50

When is tuition due?Tuition is due the 15th of each month, August through May. If a payment is made after the 19th of the month, a $25 late fee will be added. Any subsequent late payments will incur a $25 late fee. Three consecutive late payments will result in the child's and their family's dismissal from the program. Registration fee ($150) for following year to lock in your child's spot will be due June 1st. A non-refundable tuition deposit (one month's rate) for the fall will be due August 1st. This will be applied to the first month of school in August.

Does my child have to be vaccinated?Yes. We will not accept student applications for children who are not vaccinated. Medical form to be completed/signed by the child's doctor: http://www.doe.virginia.gov/support/health_medical/school_entrance_form/school_entrance_form.pdf

How is tuition paid?We accept checks written out to Knox Presbyterian Church. Coming soon: Procare Software and Tuition Express to log student hours and manage billing. Tuition and Registration may be paid with a check.
